At Shonirbhor Shop we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains when a product can be returned or exchanged, the conditions an item must meet, how long you have to request a return, and how refunds are processed. By placing an order on Shonirbhor Shop you agree to the terms described below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags, accessories, free gifts, and packaging intact. Returns requested after the 7-day window may not be accepted.
2. Reasons We Accept
We accept returns when the product is damaged, defective, expired, or stops working within the return period; when you received the wrong item, size, colour, or quantity; or when the product is significantly different from its description on the website. Please share clear photos or a short video when reporting such issues.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. These include innerwear and lingerie, cosmetics and personal-care items once opened, food and perishable goods, customised or made-to-order products, digital items, gift cards, and any product marked "non-returnable" on its product page.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, log in to your account, open My Orders, select the order and click Request Return — or contact our support team with your order number and reason. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions and, where applicable, arrange a pickup or share a drop-off address.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may ask for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or process a full refund. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
6. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account. The time it takes for the money to appear may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.
7. Shipping & Return Charges
If the return is due to our error — a damaged, defective, or wrong product — we cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind or other customer reasons (where allowed), the return shipping charge is borne by the customer, and the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may follow the return process after delivery if the item is eligible. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method.
